Age Verification - ONLINE STORE TERMS
At PHIX Vapor we are committed to maintaining compliance with the regulations for the vaping industry that have been established regarding age verification. We may ask you to provide supporting documents for age verification in compliance with federal law.
The FDA oversees the regulation of vaping devices and their sale to consumers. To maintain compliance with the existing regulations, PHIX Vapor will not sell to customers that are under the legal smoking age. We also reserve the right to request identity and age verification from all customers.
You may be asked to provide us with three legible copies of an identity document such as a government-issued ID card or driver's license. These copies can be submitted by email. In the event that you do not wish to provide the requested verification, your order will be cancelled. We may place your order on hold if further age verification is required.
The submission of fraudulent age verification documents may be reported to local authorities at the discretion of PHIX Vapor.
Beginning on August 18, 2016 the FDA implemented new rules regarding the purchase of vaping devices and products for all online and offline retailers. These rules can be accessed by visiting the FDA website HERE.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to PHIX Vapor. By staying in compliance with federal regulations we will remain able to provide you with superior service. Our hope is that you will understand the need for age verification and comply with any requests that we may make for supporting identity documents.
Right to Refuse Service
PHIX Vapor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. It is our right to cancel an order in which we cannot verify the age of the consumer. You will be notified of an order cancellation and provided with the reason why we cannot fill the order.
If you feel that your order has been cancelled without cause or that our refusal to provide service is unwarranted, we ask that you email customer service at email@example.com. We will be happy to clarify why we could not satisfy the order you placed with our company.
In accordance with federal and state age verification laws, we may ask to receive e-mail three legible copies of your identification card or drivers license clearly showing your age. If you do not wish to comply we will cancel the order. If the order still requires verification, it may be placed on hold indefinitely till we receive further notice on the matter. We may cancel any order if proper identification cannot be provided. Any order we believe to be fraudulent may be reported to the local authorities immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If we believe an order may be fraudulent and are unable to verify the order to our satisfaction, we will promptly cancel the order.
